The prime rib is the best roast of beef with the perfect combination of flavoring tenderness that cannot be beaten so let it rip. Available from one rib to seven ribs. The serving size is 2 to 3 persons per rib.  All prime ribs will be cracked and tied to allow for easy slicing after cooking is finished unless otherwise noted.
