Another first from Wagshal's Imports!  We are proud to announce that we are the only company in the USA to import authentic suckling pigs from Segovia, Spain. 

These are milk fed piglets, and are not fed anything else.  The result is the most tender and delicious suckling pigs available. You may have read about how wonderful "Segovian Cochinillos" are in Spain, now you can have it in your home. 

One of the most famous traditions in Segovia is to cut the pig with a plate after cooking, which shows how tender this meat is.  Some restaurants will throw the plate against the wall in celebration of the most wonderful meal you are about to have.  

Each pig will weigh an average of 8  LBS. and serves 6-8 people.
