Our roasted turkey breast highlights the essence of what makes Wagshal’s special. We select only the finest, locally-raised organic turkey that has never been  processed and never injected . Each breast is carved off the bone and perfectly seasoned with nothing more than salt and pepper, which is all a premium turkey breast needs. This is not a processed tube of compressed turkey parts, injected with salt water. Our Turkey is a  whole muscle --a true expression of Old World craftsmanship.
