Danablu (Danish Blue) is a semi-soft blue-veined cheese, made from cow's milk. It has a creamy and crumbly texture. The cheese belongs to the blue cheese family. In eight to twelve months, it matures with a yellowish edible rind. It is sharp and salty in taste with 25-30% fat.

Danablu, often marketed under the trademark Danish Blue Cheese within North America, is a strong, blue-veined cheese. This semi-soft creamery cheese is typically drum or block-shaped and has a white-to-yellowish, slightly moist, edible rind.
