The fillets are custom cut to size and are sold by the weight. Actual weight and price of your order will be taken after butchering and invoiced prior to pickup/delivery.
Raw. Approximately 1LB. Cooking can be done 2 ways.
- Short cooking time with high heat such as searing, frying and grilling.
- Long and slow such as simmering, stewing and braising.
