Wagshal’s owner Bill Fuchs was unsatisfied with all of the baked ham options on the market, so he decided to craft his own vision of what a real baked ham should be. Wagshal’s Virginia Baked Ham is a whole muscle ham that is deboned, seasoned, and cooked in our kitchen. Our recipe locks in the flavor that a true baked ham should have--and leaves behind the additives and unnecessary fillers like salt water.
