The Prime Whole  brisket contains the first and second portion of brisket. When we leave the first cut on with the fatter second cut, the result  allows a moister roast that meld together  and make for a superior brisket. Perfect for  your Holiday roast. The  size will be a Minimum  12 LBS, remember this will shrink 30-40%, and recommended servings is 1/2 -2/3 LB per person.
